Shipping Policy
Processing time varies between 2-18 business days.
Shipping time varies from 3-18 business days after processing especially during U.S holidays or if being drop shipped from china during Chinese New Year, which usually starts January 31st - February 18th each year. Our typical shipping time frame is 2- 4 days after processing. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing orders. Driia's Room will not be responsible for any issues that may incur from this mistake.

Lost Packages Policy
Driia's Room will not refund, re-ship or be held liable for shipments that any post carrier marks Delivered. This only applies to drop shipped orders(Items not directly shipped from our head office in South Carolina.)
Pre Order Policy
All preorders will take no longer than 7-14 Business days from the day the order was placed to ship out. No refunds will be given during this time frame, for any reason if it takes longer Driia's Room will refund you if requested.
Out of Stock Policy
Please be aware if there is a color availability issue or Item availability issue. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AND ALLOW 12 HOURS FOR REPLY. IF NO REPLY WE WILL SEND THE NEXT AVAILBLE COLOR OR NEXT AVAILABLE ITEM SIMILAR TO WHAT WAS ORGINALLY PURCHASED. If there isn't a suitable trade we will refund that item. Please be aware you will not be charged more.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of my products, once an item leaves the warehouse it is considered used, and therefore ineligible for return, refund or exchange due to health and safety concerns. Driia's Room does not warranty any product sold beyond the day of delivery. We encourage all our customers to open packages as soon as they are delivered to test effectiveness. Under no circumstances will we extend the time frame pass delivery date. Please check item packaging for manufacture warranty for some items offer this.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any of our digital products!
Cancellations Policy
Orders can be canceled within an hour of being placed to get a full refund. If outside of the hour time frame no refund can be processed.
If you believe your item is defective, and you are within the warranty period (DAY OF DELIVERY), please use our contact form to report the defect. We will require your order number and proceed to go through troubleshooting tips. If necessary, we will request at you expense to send your item back to home office for testing and quality assurance. We will test your device within 14 business days of receiving the item.
Privacy Policy
Shopping online should never require you to give up any privacy. At driiasroom.org we believe in that wholeheartedly. All packaging is discreet. We respect your rights to privacy, and if you decide to shop with us, the data stops here. Your personal information will never be sold or used by any other company in any way, shape, or form. We define "personal information" as your email address, home address, buying habits, company, phone number - anything that you provide to us as part of the purchase experience. We do not share any of this information with other companies. In fact, unlike many companies, we do not sell "personally unidentifiable" information. If you haven't heard of this yet, it is where companies sell their database, but they remove all "personally identifiable" information, usually leaving in things like zip codes, states, birthdates, etc. In summary, we don't sell any data, to any one, at any time. Period.
Wholesale Warranty
Driia's Room doesn't warranty any wholesale orders under any circumstances. If there is a defect issue check item for manufactor warranty.
